Please include your name and order number with the return.

Refunds:
All returns for a refund must be in new unused condition with the original packaging intact as well as being within 30 days from purchase date. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Team spiritwear orders are not available for return or exchange, in the rare event you did not receive the size spiritwear that you ordered contact us via email customerservice@ulcmail.com. Custom helmets and gloves are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, Universal Lacrosse will exchange any products purchased from universallacrosse.com within 30 days of your order. For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both directions. To exchange a product, the original product purchased must be in brand new unused condition with original packaging still intact. Please allow 7-10 business days for all exchanges. Team spiritwear orders are not available for return or exchange, in the rare event you did not receive the size spiritwear that you ordered contact us via email customerservice@ulcmail.com

Warranty Claims For Custom Strung Heads:

Due to the custom nature of stringing – We will only honor a warranty for the individual part of a head that has been strung by Universal Lacrosse and failed. If you submit a strung head for warranty we will not restring the head through warranty. If you would like to have your new replacement strung – please talk to your customer service rep about upgrading your warranty claim with our stringing services. Pricing and options for stringing are also viewable with any product page where stringing is available.
